How we handle Refunds

We are dedicated to making sure every order arrives accurately and in excellent condition. Because pharmaceutical products are regulated and sensitive, our return and refund policy adheres to strict safety standards and compliance requirements.

Cases for Refunds

A refund or replacement will be granted if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

  • Items are missing from the order

  • The product is faulty on arrival

  • The package is confirmed lost by the courier

Our management will review the case. If approved, you may choose a replacement (if available) or receive a full refund. Proof, such as photos and order details, is required.

Lost or Delayed Deliveries
If your order is seriously delayed or does not arrive, please contact customer support. After investigation, we will provide either a replacement or a refund.

Time Frame to ask for a Refund

NOTICE : Our policy requires customers to submit any refund request within 3 to 7 days of receiving their order. Requests made after this timeframe may not be considered as it has past the time Duration.

Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it is generally processed within 4ive business days, and the payment will be returned through the original payment method use by the Client.

At In Care EU Store, each refund request is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Approval depends on the nature of the issue and is handled in line with applicable pharmaceutical regulations.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to the sensitive and highly regulated nature of pharmaceutical products, our refund and return policy is guided by strict health and legal standards.

To safeguard patient safety and maintain regulatory compliance, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for medications after they have been processed, shipped, or delivered.

Cancelling an Order
Importantly Customers must request cancellation promptly after ordering. An order can only be canceled if it has not yet been packed or sent. Shipped orders are final and cannot be refunded or canceled.
